Construction sites need connectivity long before the building is ready for permanent service. Plans, schedules, camera feeds, and team communication all depend on internet access, but early-phase jobsites rarely have cable, fiber, or reliable cellular coverage in place when the work starts.

That gap is exactly what Jobsite Pro + Surveillance is built to solve. For this first real-world deployment, The Tech Frood delivered a ruggedized temporary jobsite kit that combined internet access, managed networking, site Wi‑Fi, and remote camera visibility into one clean field-ready installation.

The result was simple and practical: a site that could get online fast, stay visible remotely, and be managed cleanly without waiting on permanent infrastructure.

The Challenge: Active Site, No Permanent Infrastructure

No permanent internet yet: Like many early-stage jobsites, this location needed connectivity before traditional ISP service was available.

Remote visibility mattered immediately: Owners and project teams needed a way to check progress and keep eyes on the site without driving out for every update.

The environment was rough by default: Dirt, gravel, weather exposure, and an unfinished site all call for hardware that can take real-world abuse and still stay serviceable.

Security still had to be baked in: Temporary infrastructure should not mean improvised networking. The site still needed clean remote management, business-grade hardware, and a sane deployment approach.

The Solution: One Rugged, Self-Contained Deployment

The first installed Jobsite Pro + Surveillance system brought everything together in a single post-mounted deployment designed for fast setup and straightforward remote management. Instead of piecing together temporary internet, ad hoc Wi‑Fi, and separate camera hardware, the site got one integrated package built around durable, business-grade components.

The installed system included an Altelix NFC161208VP enclosure, Starlink Gen 3, UCG-Max, USW-Ultra, U7 Outdoor, and a G6 Bullet camera.

Fast Internet

Starlink gave the site a practical way to get online quickly without waiting for permanent cable or fiber service to be installed.

Managed Wi‑Fi

UniFi routing, switching, and outdoor wireless hardware provided a cleaner, more secure foundation than improvised temporary networking.

Remote Visibility

The mounted G6 Bullet camera gave stakeholders live visual access to the site so progress could be checked without an unnecessary trip.

Why the enclosure matters

The enclosure keeps the deployment organized, protected, and serviceable. On a construction site, tidy infrastructure is not just cosmetic — it reduces risk, speeds troubleshooting, and holds up better when conditions get messy.

The Result: Online, Visible, and Easier to Manage

Temporary internet at go-live: The site had working connectivity without waiting for permanent infrastructure turn-up.

Same-package surveillance: The deployment included live remote camera visibility from the start, not as a later add-on.

Clean six-hour installation: The full first installed unit was completed in a single six-hour deployment window.

Built for reuse: Because the system is productized and self-contained, the model can be repeated on future jobsites that need the same temporary connectivity and visibility layer.

Why This Matters

For builders, owners, and project managers, the early phase of a project is often when visibility is worst and communication is hardest. Jobsite Pro + Surveillance closes that gap by giving the site internet, Wi‑Fi, and remote eyes before the building is fully online.

It is a practical fit for construction teams that need something faster and cleaner than a pile of temporary gear, but more flexible than permanent infrastructure. The whole point is to make the site easier to run now, then move or repeat the model on the next job.

The bottom line

"Jobsite Pro + Surveillance gives an active construction site fast internet, remote visibility, and clean management in one rugged package — before permanent infrastructure ever shows up."

This first field deployment proved the concept where it matters most: on a real jobsite. For construction teams working in rough conditions and early project phases, a self-contained temporary connectivity and surveillance system is a simpler, faster way to stay connected and keep watch.
